Coaching and Consulting Fees

Cost of Services

Coaching and consulting services are provided at a rate of $99 per hour. Applicable taxes and credit card processing fees may apply.
Cash, check, credit card, and Venmo are accepted.
For off-site services, any additional costs will be discussed and estimated based on the location.
When you schedule a full eight-hour day of coaching or consultation, you will be charged for seven hours.
For ongoing consulting arrangements, I will provide a customized estimate based on the scope and length of the work. This may include services such as employee wellness consultation, conflict resolution, or organizational support.

Why $99?

I chose the $99 hourly rate after a great deal of thought and prayer. Although others encouraged me to charge more based on my education and experience, I felt strongly led to the number 99. It reflects the biblical story of leaving the ninety-nine to seek the one and serves as a reminder that every person matters. The number is also associated with mercy, kindness, completion, and new beginnings, values that beautifully reflect the purpose of A Higher Calling.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that emergencies happen and may occasionally prevent you from providing advance notice.

A $35 fee will apply to missed appointments without notice.
